Only use SHIFTER if you have a shifter that has 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 etc a la Act Labs H-Shifter (http://firingsquad.com/hardware/actlabswheels/images/01.jpg). If you use the gear lever on a wheel (http://images-eu.amazon.com/im ... 0006JJIC.03.LZZZZZZZ.jpg), or the paddles like F1 then you use sequential.

Hi are you doing thanks for you're time yes now I have the same setup as the picture you send me it work good but I don't see much different time for laps yet but I have to practice more .thanks

Try just sticking with your setup for a while and getting to know the track, braking points etc.

You times will fall through that alone.
