Help with booting up a new system
I've just built a new system, when I turn it on there is some loud buzzer coming from it, I have no idea what the significance of this is? All the fans are working.

Motherboard is this one.

What are the beeps like - ie. how many, long or short etc.

The beep codes are listed in your mobo manual to their significance.

It's the way the mobo shows an error when it can't even get the GFX card working.

It is just one long beep as soon as I start it up until I turn it off. I'll have another look at the manual.

Found the issue was I had forgotten to attach the graphics card power supply

Now finding that when I turn it on it all runs but nothing happens on my monitor, the same happens when I remove the graphics card and plug the monitor into the motherboard. Does this look like a motherboard issue?

Just checked the graphics card does work in another PC.

EDIT - found the problem, I've bought a 45nm (E7200) processor which won't work despite having the correct FSB speed on the motherboard.
