Greeting,

Just a quick question; I've got a car skin I want to upload for use when I'm online that has a pin up model on it...kinda like on old WWII bombers. I noticed there was a strongly worded warning about Nudity etc.

The pin up girl I used is not nude just a typical pin up model from the 40's so I'm in compliance; but I'm just wondering if anyone has encountered or knows of problems with that sort of thing?

if it doesn't have nudity, pornographic, racist or any other extremely offensive content then u can upload it. Even if it does highlight the girl.

Is white power racicm? i were thinking of making white power skin but i dont know would i get banned for it

It will definitely be taken as a racist reference. While I personally don't care, you can bet some will get very offended by it.

Try higher res and AA next time. Otherwise. nothing great or bad.

I took your feedback and touched it up a bit. I think it's an improvement

I'm really not familiar with how well LFS can handle higher res so I admit I've been keeping it small as i figure it out.

Yep much better. Line the red lines up on the side to the hood, and you got yourself a nice skin

Looks worse in that picture because of the angle and the wheel wells, but, yes need to touch it up a bit more. Very tedious process, trying with the wireframes and constant trial and error. I guess there's no other way?

No argument ... just discussion... I have no problem with anyone displaying any image they wish (pornographic, political, whatever...), but please explain how displaying the words "white power" will not be perceived as racist.

I'm guessing you're being obtuse and referring to WP Suspension products - but I also guess there's a reason that they advertise as WP and not "white power". Its an ill-advised name and a politically naive combination of words if you don't want to give the impression of being a racist.

However, if you just want to be wind-up merchant. then go ahead...

Thanks! Yes it was a little ambitious. I just had this idea for a Rising sun extending to the whole car after seeing this pin-up against a red "meatball".

I think future projects will have less lines crossing over
