This is GameCam: http://www.planetgamecam.com/

If so, tell me what settings that's good for both visual and performance. (good resolution on skins and textures while with 30+ FPS)
Unless you try it

Don't know about gamecam but I'd prefer Fraps.
Problem is...when I use fraps I get about 1 FPS....with GameCam I can atleast record at a reasonable FPS
well, the trick is recording lfs at half speed with low fps and fasten it afterwards.

But, why dont you try Gamecam then? I think that they are just the same.
That's not reasonable for other games that you can't "slow down the speed" such as FPS and MMORPGs.

I have gamecam, but my question is how do I make it optimal? When I record I get around 15 FPS, but I want 30+
