im gona make the tank better but dunno what to do atm thy have a little water about 1.5cm and some rocks but im gona get 2 big rocks and make a beach like thing then increase the water volume

Those are red-eared sliders. quite common pet turtles.
Don't forget to clean their tank at least once a week, with a complete exchange of water.

Funny little creatures, I loved how they tried to bite my finger when I held it to the glass. One of them was so fanatic about it, you could make him end up on his back, then you laugh at him.

well now i just got to set up an Aquarium for them so after new year watch this space

its Chinese new year here so nothings open lol
