I'm thinking of a setup between Bob Smith's "road going" and the standard "hard track" with a gearbox where the 5th is too tall even for the oval, 0° camber and restriction to 75ish hp... and all you're allowed to change is the tyre-pressure.

I don't have a clue how to mod this, but you (CTRA) seem to - I mean there's the restriction in several leagues and the "no passenger"-thingie.

Any chance to see "CTRA G.D.W.D.I.N.B.T.G.V.O.T.C League" soon?

There's no way to check the setup from the server side.

Passenger, driver model and restriction info is available to programmers through insim. Those are the only parts though

Hopefully this will be addressed in a future patch. A server which mandates a specific setup would tighten up fields even more and make the racing that much closer and more exciting.
