Buying S2 licence in US(credit card)
Well..I tried to buy S2 licence through my VISA credit card but the bank didn't approved me for it. So I went to my bank and asked them, but they said that Visa didn't approved me yet for a foreign transaction. Is there any other ways to get S2 licence T_T?
