Just wondering how hard it is to open the shifter from the g25.
Im buying a dash and centre console from a real car to make a cockpit. I want the g25 shifter in the correct position, however because the button panel is angle up it will ruin the looks of the cockpit. Would be hard to seperate the shifter mechanism from the button panel yet still have it all working as is?

I would think that you may be able to slice it off at the angle but would lose the Sequential function and would need to run wires from between them.

even though i never use the sequential control, i would still prefer it to work, for the just in case times.
