Ok, I feel one thing that is lacking is the animation of a crew that actually changes the tires and fuels the car. This would be a nice feature, but it goes along with being able to jump out of the pitstop box. This way the driver needs to acknowledge when the crew is done working, and not go before then! (Even just a guy in front of the car that waves the drive on when its time would complement being able to jump out of the box).
