Im GPU limited. I get around 100 fps with 8xaa and 16x af with the 7600gt oc, but my cpu only goes to ~40 percent max while playing any game. Some games dont even do that (quake 3). If your computer isnt getting good framerates, make sure you have latest drivers, turn mip bias to 0.0, do NOT draw sky, have a low res, but preferibly native resolution for lcds. IMO its better to have lower details and a native resolution on lcd's then to have lower resolution and higher details. If your still not getting good frame rates or a playable 30 fps, get a new computer!

Turn off all possible programs with cntrl+alt+dlte menu, even most system ones which you are able to without having the comp crash or lose your internet connection. I figured out the ones i could close through trial and error, but you can close a ton. Also right click on lfs under cntrl+alt+dlte menu and set its priority to high.
