I'm making a skin for my XRT and I want to know how to put a decal on the window like in this video

Watch the first part and look at the rear side windows, he has the driver's name there. Thats all I want to do.
I just don't know if its a .dds file or on a skin.
And which one?

its just ur number plate which is done in live for speed under player settings

Thats just their name in LFS, it's there by default

I'v read that you can't put decals on the window, but then I saw the video and was confused.

Thanks again, I hope they have minor window decaling in the next release, that's probably when I'll have the money for it to.

The name on the window is only on the race cars (GTR cars, FOX and FO8 have the name on the side, under the cockpit opening). It is not on all of the cars; and as a demo racer, you don't have access to any of the cars with it.

what about the second car that had a decal on the windshield that says subaru?

That is a windscreen banner, also only on the GTR cars which require an S2 license
