Hi,
I am new to this software. What is involved in creating a new skin for a car?
I can see here how to download skins but is their a Photoshop template to create a jpg file? And then do I save it in the game folders or do I have to use software to render it into 3D?
Sorry if the answer is obvious, but I am new and have looked around the forum for these answers.
