I recently gave 2 of my friends the S2 Game files, thinking that when they run it it should be in Demo mode but this was not the case Both of them copied from me and when they launched the game it was still unlocked with my account I double checked my Available Unlock's even tough I know they don't have my Game Password, and it did not reduce my Unlock's the only expenation I can think of is that we all have the exact same Laptops all of them are DELL Latitude D810 Running XP with SP2

Yes, that is the protection system to prevent copying. LFS stays unlocked on a PC with the same hardware, if you change hardware you'll have to unlock again. But accidently it can also work with identical PCs.
