how do u make an auto cross layout?

Go in offline mode ! Start Single Player Game and then press Shift+U.
On the left you can choose the things which you can place on the track.

If you can see only normal stuff, press space from left-down menu make sure that Place Objects is on. If it`s done you should see items-menu at right-top

I just created a Autocross layout, but can only have 1 lap. How do i change numnber of Laps. ???

i tried the lap buton in game setup , ?

bottom right corner in autocross mode is where u can set laps. If I'm not mistaken, you'll need to do this everytime you load the course though.
