LFS Lapper Not Doing Anything [SOLVED]
I have just set up LFS Lapper but it doesn't seem to be doing or responding to anything. I start up my server, type /insim 29999, and then start the LFSLapper. When I start it, it says:

"C:\Program Files\Live for Speed S2\LFSLapper\LFSLapper\bin>LFSLapper.exe ../cfg/
LFSLapper.cfg debug

Warning:Error loading ./DriftPB.txt or file does not exist yet!
ProductEMO Version:0.5U InSim Version:2
LFSLapper is running..."

I then look at my LFS window and see this:

"InSimInit: port 0
ProductEMO Versioin:0.5U InSim Version:2"

I then go back to the command prompt and some new text has appeared:

"Message received:/msg ProductEMO Version:0.5U InSim Version:2
Message received:ProductEMO Version:0.5U InSim Version:2"

I then restarted the race, and this text appeared in the command prompt:

"Unknown packet received:VTN
Unknown packet received:VTA
Unknown packet received:VTC
Race STart"

I'm not sure what this means, but LFSLapper does not seem to do anything. For example, when the race is restarted, the automessage I set does not appear, and when guests connect, they do not see the welcome message. Could anyone explain this?

Quote from MonkOnHotTinRoof :These messages seem OK to me. If you didn't change default race start action, which is

RaceStartAction = /rcm ^3Please, brake in time !|/rcm_all

then you should get big text on center of screen few seconds after restarting race (you have to be out of pits ?)

Can moderator move these posts into
http://www.lfsforum.net/showthread.php?t=3241
?

I left the race start action at default, but I didn't get the big text in the center of the screen.

Did you change anything that could corrupt the script ?
Maybe you can send your script and I will try to run it on my server. Or contact me via MSN, so we can solve the problem ? As you manage to start it and see no errors in debug output, I can't see what else could be the problem other than error in script (lfslapper.cfg)...

Here's the script:

Quote from MonkOnHotTinRoof :Must be some bug that occurs, if no scheduledactions are defined. Try adding this line to end of file:

ScheduledAction = 0 0 0 * * * |/rcm Midnight warning to all working men!:/rcm_all

I will debug it properly tomorrow...

Thanks, it works now!
