just woke up and decided play some lfs and as a tried to play it with one of the mods, the mods refuse to load. it says "Mod list: Unknown user name". this has never happened to me before everything was normal back then. and i thought the lfs servers were down but no the servers were up and still refused to load. i tried restarting the game absolutely nothing changed

I'll look into that misleading error message but there is a good reason for this.

Hopefully it's just a few seconds to get your new unlock code via email from your details page and enter it into the LFS unlock screen.

yup it was for this reason (the forum). now its back to normal thank you

Thanks for the notification. I've now improved the error message from the web server.

It now reports "Wrong password" instead of the misleading "Unknown user name" in that case.

Hi. I'm having a similar problem accessing mods now. I haven't played in a couple of months. It seems I have to update my email account. I don't use that one any more. And that says I wont be able to register my new email until sept. 27th. Is that correct? Wow. if that's true. Seven whole days to wait to change a mod in my saved group. Seven days. I didn't I say I'm old? I could Die between now and then!
