Brief Description of Incident: 76 doesn't respect blue flags leading to loss of time, especially unpleasant since the car 76 kept jumping across half the track due to ping.

Brief Description of Incident: Car 11|R.Willer did not respect the VSC Slow Down Countdown and Tried a Move on Car 46|R.Costa and ended up Hitting Him.
During the event, the following penalties were applied by the stewards following reports from the Race Director.

VSC Speeding was reviewed by the stewards as a matter of procedure. The protested incident was included in that review and the outcome laid out above
