My Racer stats, not sure how good they are. I'm looking for a fairly known racing team, that I will try out for if needed. I have been racing successfully in the SimRS stage rally league since it started in December and it can be found at http://www.simrs.com I am most comfortable in the street cars and open wheel race cars.
Great event today Xeno-That was an amazing turn out, glad my 56k held in.
That was very close between second and third and im happy with those results. Great fight everyone and awesome turn out; can't wait for next weekend!
not sure if anyone has said this but i think that they should go back to the S1 style shifting were you cant float the valves without compleatly destroying your engine. i really didnt mind the popcorn engine that everyone got when downshifting to early or reving it really high..it required a lot more "skill" i think
I think the best thing to do would be setting up a bigass fan on your desk turn the volume way up and get your helmet on for the best results..but of course you need to get the racing cockpit for you comp too
k, i have my throttle/brake on the xy axis of the mouse to race..and once you get used to it the wheel people have nothing more on you.. i sugest trying it out for a solid week and if you still cant do it then just buy a wheel
Yeah that what i used to do with my old joystick...i use it as a clutch pedal and have the throttle/brake and steer set up on the mouse axis's..its a neat set up and works quite good if i didnt have to recalibrate my crap joystick every 2 minutes
