yeah, the sounds need a bit work so it's not clipping much on tunnel or on some small areas on JAR server

as for dash texture, I guess LFS are compressing the texture, that's why it looks low res, should be quite high res on LFSE, but maybe I'll try to seek a workaround for that, thanks again

Should I chop down my mods qualities (on my recent mods) just to make sure the tris with all config combined arent exceeding 65536? Or maybe I misunderstood something about this

I just want to make sure I didnt do something wrong against the rule, that's why I need to clarify this since you've mentioned it

For the wheels that exceeding 1600 tris limit on some of my mods, I'll take care and probably rebuild that so it's under limit, hope it's still look good with ultra low poly model

well, I would say from my perspective, it might be not, because multi-threading process would spread the process on multi thread your CPU has, imagine doing heavy 3D rendering task with only single core instead multi core, but I can only do hope it wouldn't hit performance much (if 1000hz multi-threading really hit performance) compared to recent version of LFS today (7E), since LFS so far the most efficient program (or game) that could even run on very potato PCs Big grin

I cannot really speak fluently about this, also I'm kinda lost about new features that added recently on 7E, so pardon if my speaks kinda OOT from this thread

but imho, based on 1600 tris limit rules, I would say, I didnt have problem with that except when it comes to very complex rims, i.e. BBS rims (for someone who willing to make it from scratch), 1600 tris definitely cant really make a good visual to it (image attached)

I would say, 3200 (doubled from original limit) would do, and probably didnt really hit much to performance (i.e. lagging when somebody out from pit), but you might be consider it when new physics and graphic was updated already

I think problem like lagging when somebody left the pit are because LFS still run on single-threading CPU ? hope it might be sorted when multi-threading CPU, so you could adds more limits later on the new system Big grin

Can I report what I find?

Okay, first of all, I haven't tried D48 yet, I'm still on D46, but I can feel a whole lot improvement there ! now we could do offroading with bike, quite tricky but a whole lot improvement, where previously it's difficult to keep the bike didnt fall even on straight line

but secondly, I think there's something strange, when I tried every fast bike mod, I notice there's something that wobbly when turning... I dont know if this caused by TC ignition cut that active as assist, or something else, this wobbly steering didnt happen before on old bike control

aaanyway, glad you like it, I'm amazed how you be able to control it, the suspension tuning I think really spot on, I watch million times of this video just to predict how the car react from stand still to its maximum topspeed as per video.



But I'd like to hear about any other opinions about this my very own suspension tuning (aside from my wingman, martin18, who usually develop all of my suspension tuning from previous mods)

if you had any suggestions about how to tune suspension more so it could be used more for track use, let me know Big grin

I just found out, s_plate texture somehow bugged on D39

the number plate somehow duplicates AI s_plate with mine, in this case, AI 13, as you could see from the first 2 pict I attached below.

anyway, I do love how now AI could be set on open config track, so I could set some scene for my upcoming mod like how I did on 3rd pict Big grin
