I think is has something to do with my computer...
Router and ISP were switched recently (as I have switched to cable). But that above-mentioned problem has appeared after I have reinstalled my computer completely. The weird thing though... everything was new: New Windows 7 x64 Pro, new Live for Speed (the old install I have saved on an external drive doesn't work either). It has to be some odd setting, but I'm not sure...
From my six years experience with Live for Speed, I think that no filter is active. Windows Firewall is deactivated as well.
The weird thing is that I can join every server via "Join specific host" without any problem. But it's always a pain in the ass to check out Servernames before joining them.
I have the same problem.
Even after changing Provider and Router it didn't change anything. Server list stays empty, but I can connect directly to any server.
I think, at least the germans (or prolly at least we), are more or less only interested in Pro level series. And for us, OneGP is just one of many so far and due to the fact that there are some other leagues with way more prizemoney, we were just waiting for the first race and not checking the OneGP Site/Forum every day.
In the end it's still my mistake, you are right, but it is seriously a reason not to talk about live broadcasting? Isn't it a thing that professional leagues are special for? You would gain interest, attraction and I think every sponsor would be happy as well. I hope the others are going to send their media stuff quite soon!
Tonight at 20.00 GMT+1 the drivers in the international eSport Touringcar Masters start into the third race of the season. On the very tight streets of South City Long you can expect one or more paint exchanges and door to door racing at its best. Will Naujoks be able to start a comeback here or is Schade on a Threepeat and will increase his lead in the championship? Do not miss it!
The race tonight will be broadcasted via LIVE stream here again. Joachim Fieß and Theo Laas will guide you through the show and you can expect some very nice action on the road. We will see, if maybe even Ray Mooney or Johannes Scheuerle might attack for a win. Tune in tonight!
