Looking for a team to encourage me to get better and take part in regular races/league/etc.
Open to other cars, not just FBM and FOX, would like to get into GT cars.

I apologise in advance for being a pain in the ass and a complete noob, but I'd like to run this on a server and have no idea where to start. Could someone take the time to explain (in an idiot proof way ) how to get this thing working?

Just wondering if there is a way to start the race with a warm up lap, and then line up again in the grid and start the race. Obviously if you restart the race then you lose the heated tyres.

I've seen examples of warm up laps under safety car, and then a rolling start but that isn't really what I want, takes the fun away from beating someone off the line.
