I got a new widescreen TFT (21" samsung) with a native resolution of 1680x1050.

In LFS i can only choose between 1680x1050 and some other 4:3 resolutions.
Is there a way to choose something lower in 16:10 like 1440x900?

I didn't find it. I can't believe that it's not possible to use other 16:10 resolutions in LFS. If so, i guess i'll have to post this in the suggestions forum.

Since we got the BF1, the durations of the pitstop should be adjusted.
It's ok for the other cars, because you could say they usually do pitstops or have some rules like FIAGT, where only a limited number of people may work on the car at the same time and tire change and refueling must be separated.

But we all know that's not how it works in F1
The pitstops in LFS are way too long, please make it shorter for the BF1.

i have to complain about the patch a little bit.

of course, the tires are much more better, but the difference between R2 and R3 is even worse.

I had a 1hour ESL race yesterday, and because the EPS drivers had problem with the R2 tires towards the end of the race, i decided to mount R3s to the rear of the FZR.

But after 40 minutes they lose all the grip because they get to cold. It was almost undrivable. So even over a long distance, the R2 are better than the R3 (unless you have some big drifts, spins or flatspots), which is clearly not right.
Not to mention that the tires last now over an hour and the fuel consumption is lower, so you don't need to pit anymore in a one hour race.

The tire physcis by itself is great now, it just needs some balancing between the tire options like 1 qualy tire for 1-2 fast laps, 1 soft tire with more grip over a shorter time and a harder tire with less grip over a long distance.

So let's hope for some changes in the next patches

yes, it's just like a normal car. (At least in my Audi and any other car with ESP i've driven)

If you turn the TC (ESP) off, the ESP light is on all the time. If it's on and working (if you spin the wheel e.g.) it's flashing.

even if foreigners were allowed, i don't know it it's worth the risk to take the journey, unless you want to visit germany anyway.
But you got only one shot per event, the the modus is really stupid. You drive 3 laps with random start positions against 3 opponents and your overall time counts. So if you get knocked out in T1, it's over.
