Ok I found it.
For an unknown reason Orco button was still ON

Good morning everyone,
I'm really new to Blender and I'm wondering how I can apply a texture, only on the side of my wheel, that comes from a .tga image.

Here is my wheel :

I selected only the side object

and I want to use this file:

actually only the part that contains the side image.

but obviously all the image is applied to the object...

The render is not very good, but that's just a sketch atm.

Not hard at all, you just have to find a cool picture where your car can be placed in. (that's the tricky part).

Then just play with Gimp or Photoshop (if you have the chance to have license).
