I am getting the following error 0x80070057 and have tried all the solutions i could find, but none gives?

Has anyone come across this error, if so how do you fix it?

I started seeing this error after my PC upgraded to Windows 10 (AU).

I also tried Method 3 from this link http://appuals.com/best-fix-steps-fix-error-0x80070057/ but after a reboot the error came back.

Shall i just reinstall my system?
