I totally agree. And I'm working on it. I'm struggling to config Airio so it won't happen, but no good solution yet. Any input how to config the "ManageRestart=true" in relation with "VotePlayers=[number]" or if other config settings are needed is much appreciated.
Hello Racers
Just want to announce there's a new Open Wheel server with Airio tracker up 24/7.
It's mainly a BF1 server, but all Open Wheel cars can be used when we wish to.
And tracks can be changed when we wish.
I have good setups for those who haven't, and I'm happy to share and help out.
So welcome to some fast laps on the AA| Clean Racing BF1 server.
Hope to see you on track.
Well.. VPS is a good idea.Just wanted to check out if rental had an environment for running Airio. But I suspected not. I have run both dedicated LFS servers and Airio for years in Linux, but now LFS doesn't provide dedi servers anymore. So I guess I'll go for a rental. Or I could run Airio on my Raspberry PI in Linux. If it was up to me I would run both LFS and Airio in Linux,(on a more powerful machine than PI of course) but LFS doesn't run well in Linux with wine.. sadly.
And I think you confuse things a bit here. As far as I know there is no insim package in Linux. And it's not needed. Airio runs well with the "mono-devel" package when allowed access through LFS Hosting Access control to LFS insim. Wine doesn't support Airio. So "mono Airio.exe" does the trick.
Thx anyway.

Ok. I think I got it working now. I cleaned up some old config files, and changed the logging addressing. Seems to do the trick.
Thx again for your help.

To be a bit more exact.. Stats are working as long as host is up. But when I end host stats disappear. If I remember correctly stats disappeared earlier too when I ran dedicated host on Linux. I think that was when I upgraded dedi server version. So the similarity is when I stop host.
OK. Got it working. Thx to you raneman.
Another question... The stats disappearing. Is there a way to meke it reappear? I see there is a lot of zipped archives in the log folder.
I tried copy over sta.tr and sta.cr files, but no luck. Airio wouldn't start then. Any advice?
Thx. Baker
Hi mate!
Yeah.. long time . Good to hear from you, and thank you for answer. I wasn't aware of that. I hope all is good with you, and maybe we'll see on track. I plan to have at least one Clean Racing server up.. with BF1 of course.
Cheers. Baker
Hi guys
I'm trying to get my Airio tracker to connect to a host I'm starting in multiplayer. I'm running Airio on my gamer client and host address and admin password to host should be correctly set, but I get TCP error when I start Airio. I get Insim to connect to host, but not Airio. when I earlier ran Airio and deicated host on my Linux server everything worked like a charm, but those days have passed since LFS doesn't support dedicated servers anymore.
Can someone put me on the right track to solve this problem?
Much appreciated.
