I haven't read the forums for a few days and I won't get to play any LFS for a couple of weeks (christmas vacation), what ended up happening to the clutch wear/heat being to excessive? Did it change or is it like it was in X30?

Don't listen to all the complaints about the speedo, I love it, I agree that it looks awful, but now I can actually see how fast I am going

I haven't read through all the posts, but the clucth thing is a bug/flaw. If you drive correctly it isn't a problem, but in real life you can drive like a maniac and slip the clutch and start in second gear and so on, and the clutch would take it, a real clutch lasts a long time, even on cars used on a track. There is no reason the LFS clutches should burn up just by taking of in second gear a couple of times.

Quote from sgt.flippy :I agree too, even online. Everyone's complaining about the clutch burning out. I raced a few races and the only time I burned out the clutch, was when somebody told me how to do it while standing still, after the race. I'm not that good, or is my technique so superb I can't manage to burn the clutch out?
And to all people who haven't driven the new car yet... try it offline FIRST and read the CHANGE LOG. Before going online and complaining the car doesn't shift and this and that ...

The problem with the clutch isn't that it burns out while racing, but it burns out way too fast when you abuse it, in a real car you could take off by slipping the clutch even in second gear countless number of times, but in LFS it overheats if you do it just a couple of times

Regarding the clutch, "flat shifting" used to cause the tires to spin when shifting to second gear in the LX6, now the clutch slips instead, that might be realistic, but most cars I have ever driven have no problem making the wheels spin a bit when "flat shifting".

Typo in the training, the info box in the test drive of the "Race About" says "Really existing prototype". It should probably be "Really exciting"

The traction control seems to kick in when the clutch is fried, this seems unrealistic since it measures wheel spin. I haven't tried slipping the clutch on a real car, but I thought it only started to limit throttle when wheel-speed was higher than the real speed.

And the clutch seems to overheat and wear out way too fast on a lot of the cars, the street cars should be able to handle tons of abuse before you can see any sign of clutch overheating/excessive wear.
G25 Force Feedback issue

The "centering" force feedback has a really big dead zone, is this a issue with LFS or the settings of my G25? Any tips on how to fix this?
