Hi all . I wanted to know how can i Rotate the decal? not by 90CW or 90CCW
but how mutch i want lets say 27 degres or so...

NVM! i foud out ^^

After you have selected the layer, press CTRL+T. You should now see 7 number boxes at the top of the screen, use the 5th box for rotation.

ok i wanted now to ask a diffrent question... how can i copy multiple layers?

On the layer list, CTRL+left click each layer, then right click one of them and choose 'duplicate layers'.
