ok this is a odd question but for some reason my Rosetta stone doesn't work anymore. the problem is when i try to start it it comes up with a windows error message saying Macromedia Projector has encounterd a problem and needs to close. I meet the system regs. to run the program but it always comes up.

I need help fast cause parents mad at me becuase i haven't been doing any for a few days and i've lied at them so they think i've been doing some. and i don't want to do it on my dads comp for certain reasons.
Please Help

EDIT: the version i have is v.2.1.5.1Asms

Have you tried re-installing it?

yup i had to re instal my whole computer and it didn't work before or know so i don't know what it is.

Have you checked for this problem on google?

Have you changed anything at all with your computer since it worked last?

If the CD is scratched that error may come up. You might need to get a new CD from rosetta stone. (you can also download the language files and mount them to a CD)

by the way which language are you learning?

Yes i searched google and there was the same problem but the solution a guy had did not work. but the thread was from 07

Other than reinstalling it no but it has never worked on my computer but it should perfectly fine.

I don't see any scratchs on it cause it works on my dads computer but i don't want to use my dads comp for certain reasons.

i'll be learning Spanish if it works. and if i like doing it i may learn german or swiss since my dads swiss

Are you running vista? I also noticed people had problems running it with X64 I'm not sure though what the fix is for that.

no i'm currently running XP but i'm getting a mac but that doesn't really matter i think and for XP its no the 64 bit version
