More like $42 buckaroos for full S2 license. If they are already S1 licensed, it costs them another $21 bucks for S2 upgrade.

Yes you can, S1 is just S1 content. S1 still uses all the new features and physics, but it has the content as listed on their site. That is basically all you would get for buying S1 currently. S2 just adds on more of the content that everyone wants
