Well i searched for over half an hour trying to find a mod that makes the headlights stay on, i know ive seen it somewhere before.

There was one, it would press G down for you and keep it down until you shut off the program.. Its not that great when you try to talk tho, i use to have it but i don't anymore..

i just make a cycle command in logitech profiler. so no mod if it's me you saw doing it. i also have horn on and off indicators hand brake and warning lights

Ive seen a few do it, looks better than not having them on.
