Playing with offset/Tracking
I can remember in S1 you used to be able to play around with the tracking/ offset of the wheels to improve car stability in areas. I kind of miss this in S2 and was wondering if it could be considered as a improvement suggestion in the next patch.

Thanks!

I miss it too and dont understand why they retired it..
You mean toe in/out? You can do this.
They talk about track's width...

+1 but for race cars only.
is there any benefit in NOT setting it to the max?
In Autocross too much track width, especially at the rear, can cause the car to clip cones.
But in circuit racing a wider track is always better until aero suffers.

Wheel offset isn't a variable (or shouldn't be) if the suspension has been designed properly.
Ah, I get it - physically moving the whole wheel in and out as opposed to just the direction it points?
Yes. I can see that tracking (as in toe in or out) can be confused with track (distance between the centres of the contact patches (or force centroids! ) of tyres on the same axle).
