We are about to setup a server to race FBM and FOX at the same time with the FOX having a handicap

We will be using AS2, S06 and BL1 and we already have a working handicap system in LFSBuddy

My question is

What handicap weight and restriction do you think would be fair to make close racing?

Try some yourself and try to figure out how many HP they got per 1000 kilos.
And then adjust it so they have the same HP per 1000 kilos.

I already run these cars together at the [Herts]racing server, and since the FOX seems to have a lot more grip & corners better, I have set the restriction on it to 14 percent.
