Oh, you want racing techniques? Can't really help with that sorry, but I'm sure plenty of people here will be able to help you out.

Don't you have driver training courses? If not maybe brush up on your spoken English and come over here for a week or two, and book some high speed driver training.

If you want to write a book about race driving, you should propably start your reasearch by asking race drivers.
Also, I highly doubt that anybody in here will have a persian PDF on race driving in here...
