well, i always wanted my own skin for the TC city driving team so i came to the cunclusion tht i wanted to have my own just like elmo does (one of the guys from the team). so since i live in michigan and i thought of police skins i thought michigan state police so i am going to post photos so i will make it eaiser for you who guys who want to take on the challenge!
