Hello. I need a programmer that can write an insim for my rallycross cruise track called Afrika cruise.
It is Fern Bay RallyCross but then tricked out. With shop spaces and parkings. Also i would like the cops to be the Afrika Corps. I can do the skins.
But this person will need to host the server for me because i cant.

Do you pay something ? If not , what the hell do you want? Someone to create a insim and host a server , and ... give it to you?

Please keep the language normal. But, it would be nice. but i can only pay on the Windstyle Cruise server for cash.

This has been asked many many many times in these forums.

Your best bet is to create your own, start learning C#, and then search these forums for the cruise tutorial by McGas001, or the open source cruise application by Dougie.
