please remove the ( to early to restart race), specially on the drag strip ,when race is so short of only 9.98 sec godddddd that is annoying

Thats a server option, not a bug. Ask the people who run the server to turn of the option...

That's actually a good idea to remove early restart blocking at dragstrip.
