You can. Not proffesional at this, but i guess im not wrong, when I say that you can do even 3 or 4 servers.

U mean 3 or 4 S2 (or DEMO) servers?
With 23 (or 11) players?

Yes i'm pretty sure you'd get away with 2 or 3 S2 servers... whats your upload speed?

how??
Bandwidth: unlimited (+ 3 mbps)
OK so far we have estalished your:
bandwidth is unlimited.. ok
speed (i presume download) is 3 MBPS... ok
so whats your upload/upstream rate?

LOL go to some hosting company and tell them you offer them unlimited bandwidth... they will laugh at you. 3Mbit is really nothing. For hosting LFS servers it's fine, though, as you dont get that much traffic there.

Yes, only for LFS DEDI server.
OK, sorry all...

This is new (100% real) info.

Bandwidth: DL and UL is 2 mbps.
Well if your Upload is 2Mbps you could host about 2 or 3 full S2 servers i'd say... i'm sure someone else would maybe know a bit more.

I'd say it would be hard running enough servers to be limited by cpu
Changing track does bump cpu usage for a second or two, but if you're only running demo / blackwood, no worries.
it's how fast it handles the passing of information between users. the more users on track, the more CPU gets used to co-ordinate what's going on, In my (limited) experience, a slow box like a 2/300Mhz will run 1 server badly, a 500Mhz machine will run 1 to capacity (gets a little laggy but to be expected) and an 800Mhz machine will run 2 x 11 client servers to capacity.

you should be ok to run 2 servers since it's demo, and you'll only really find out what it's like when you try it.

BTW U/L speed is rarely as much as half D/L speed, i usually get about 1/3 U/D ratio.
