ok so im making a button box out of an old controller. ive got all the materials needed, and ive installed all my buttons im gonna use into my project box, well heres what i have so far

i have a DC adapter in there ready to power all the LEDS, theres about 7 or so switches/rockers that have builtin LEDS and 4 LEDS with built in resistors to use when i press the push buttons down. i have a good understanding about wiring, ive done a couple projects before, but this one kinda overwelms me and ive invested a lot of money into making this so i wanna make sure it WORKS.

my first question is, how would i go about wiring the LEDS so that they light up when the button is pressed? heres a pic of what i did but got no where on:

how am i really supposed to wire it? if you can, it would help if you were to use that pic, and mspaint it or something


second, how do i get each of the switches/ rockers with buttons to light up when switched on?
