Just wanted to ask this while lfs tech is not answering me for a week now.
I have a positive lfsw credit with £ 14. I will be buying licenses in Poland for those without a credit card or without any other chance to do it. I tried once i and i saw that system only wants me to pay 10 and take away my 14 (total 24). Check the attachment. I want to leave my 14 untouched. What should i do in this situation?

I actually replied last week - I suppose my reply didn't arrive. Basically I said :

You're correct about the amount to enter. Like you said, the system sees the
14 pounds left on your account and by default charges you only 10 for an S2
voucher. So if you want to leave the 14 pounds untouched, you have to add 14 on the checkout page (10 + 14) and click the Update Amout button.

I checked all dirs in my box and found nothing.. i don't know why it never arrived :/ Other things like lfs newsletters or notification about hi res skins got to me safely. Oh well
