he would like to participate in the practice so I'm giving him a car. Seeing as how the 42 number is already taken (and he doesn't want to change it), I'm going to add a letter to the number so bird's number would be 42b. This may seem strange to many. But this is a means to distinguish between two cars with the same number on oval races. However, NASCAR, ARCA, and IndyCar ignores this. You normally see this happen in either modified races or USAR (which is short tracks only nascar). I'm just giving you guys a note of bird's car (and I dont suggest anyone to add a letter to their name) and explaining it. If it's alright with the admins for bird's number to be 42b.
