If I play on Normal server , its normal

But server with Lay-out It lag and sound also

For some reason Layouts HAMMER the CPU and so you'll get a lower FPS (which is what i guess you mean by "lags")

And yes it's a laptop - i've never seen a desktop with a T-Series CPU.
