Last wednesday, 23rd of Januari, I made a transaction at my bank via moneybookers. My credit card doesn't support online buying. I've been waiting from wednesday till this very moment to be S2 licensed but still am a demo-racer. Is this normal?

Was like that for me too. Don't worry, just wait till friday and then start asking. I dont remember exactly how long it took for me, but what I do remember is that moneybookers wasn't as fast as I would've thought it was.

It should come this week, if you did the payment right, because I think moneybookers won't do the payments at weekends, it took me about 2-3 days to get S2 by moneybookers, I made payment on sunday or monday, so it went well.
