on a hot lap when u go off the track u get ( invalid lap XXXX) but if u do it when warming up to the start line and go off it gives u invalid lap for the next lap , could it be done for a future patch that you can carry on with lap 1 if u go off be-for starting

The reason it's there is as you might get an advantage from any extra speed, so that's a -1 keep it as it is from me

Yep, although it can be sometimes annoying, it's fair in the grand scheme of things.
