Hello, Sorry if this is posted some where else couldn't find it. My Wheel is making a screaming noise when i turn to the left. I have a Logitech Wingman Formula Force GP Wheel. I've herd that this is a very light wheel, so i'm wondering if somthing has broke or it is getting wore out, i've been using it alot here latly.:eclipsee_

I'm hoping nothin is wrong and i'm hoping it is the the force feedback engine, making the noise but i'm not for sure. So can anyone tell what is wrong with my wheel, or what i can do to fix it, or if anything is even wrong.

Well, sounds normal to me, but i have a dfp. Is anything weird happening with your steering? steering lag etc..

No, the steering is fine, but i did have to make some ajustments to my setup to fit my standers again, but that could have just been me. My styles change all the time for some reasion, and i have to ajust the set up to fit me. I'm gonna take off the top cover and listen for the noise, i'll try and find where it is comming from and get back to you. Thank you Vendetta.

is it very high pitched noises? my FFGP did this to, for over 4 months and nothing bad happened. as far as i disassembled the wheel, the noise came from the motor. but since october i have a DFP and all the FFGP is doing is lying around and providing a clutch pedal

if you're effering to a light 'squealing' sort of sound then that is the speed controller of the motor turning on and off at around at frequency of sound, it's just regulating itself really, you'll hear he same sound from a cordless drill or r/c car, it would seggest that the wheels might be overloaded(grease is with silicone grease) or underpowered (check/clean all the connections) mine did it from the box and still does it to this day a little when it's working hard, my momo made even more noise but only at full lock. it could be an electronic problem but i like to hope it won't be

the wheel has stoped making the noise, but me and a firend where messing aorund on my computer making it faster gitting rid of unneeded stuff, and now when i try and play lfs i have no ffb, i've turn the ffb all the way up, tryed diffrent set ups unpluged the wheel, and pluged it back in and still nothing, and now lfs is telling me " Error: Antalizing Sound" i dont know what is going on but i hope to get to the bottem of it soon i dont like this stuff with no sound and no ffb makes me go crazy and reck thankz for all the help, Payce
