Does anyone have a copy of or a working link to the Finland gravel mod by toper? The link on his website (http://toper.apes.pl/index2.html) doesn't work any more and I can't find a valid link in any of the usual RBR sites.

There is an all rallies gravel/snow/tarmac mod in RSRBR4 as well as loads of new cars, it's a big download and a bit confusing to install but I'd strongly recommend getting it from http://www.rallyesim.com/

Now there's an understatement...

I've tried snow at Cote Dar' Broz but because you can't change tyre type in setup when doing a single stage, its really annoying because you're on slicks on snow. It can be fun but there literally is like 0% traction. So snow tyres on gravel, not sure if that'll work

Btw , yes You cant change tyres in-game. But You can change them by editing physics.rbz file ( simple also ).

Yeap it took me hours of reading and downloading to even get the right files to start, in fact once you've got the installers and know which order to do them in it's effortless, which makes it a pity that they didn't spend the time to make it straight forward.

RSRBR4 lets you change tires. I think it's also possible in a separate mod application and in one of the online tournament plug-ins.

The "New Generation" version was straightforward enough, but they've since added stuff to it and I've since lost track of everything...
