Seen this guy wrecking yesterday, people told him to not wreck and he said sorry I wont crash anymore. Gave the guy the benefit of the doubt, told him, ctra is not exactly the best place for wrecking since they have such a good report system. Obviously ignored the warnings and decided to carry on. Not only that but now impersonating CTRA on the server. This guy really isnt sorry even if he says he is, please remember that. This guy will lie or tell you bullshit so he can wreck one more time.

FFS report it through the CTRA reporting system, thats what its there for

Have to agree with what Dan's said, use the reporting system. I doubt that a screenshot (and a highly pixelated one at that) will be accepted as a full report, replay needed

This is NOT a report. You raise a report whilst on a CTRA server with the $report / $rep command.

The reasons why this isnt a report:
1) We dont have the full context
2) All I can see is his player name
3) I dont have evidence that would stand up to point him toward if he protests
4) Screenshots dont show usernames so I cannot ban him anyway
