racing incident

I would say that`s a racing incident.
Both people should be more carefull, but I don`t think we can blame only one of them for the accident

It seems that the gauge slightly shifts from "race incident" to "driver B's fault" IMHO, but it is hard to decide for sure.

Im saying racing incedent. Had driver B not clipped the grass he would of made the corner.
