Want to make a real car setup? Unsure of conversion?
LFS uses SI units because a) most of us live in a metric world and b) it's easier/simpler to do maths with SI figures

An easier solution than converting the numbers manually is to use my setup analyser and set the units to imperial.
Quote from Bob Smith :LFS uses SI units because a) SCAVIER live in a metric world and b) it's easier/simpler to do Length measurements with SI figures

Fixed for you
Not really though, I'm an Engineer so for the most part despite being American, it Is a metric world.

As for B), isn't the universally accepted Qwerty easier/simpler Bob?

All in good fun.

Heh, not at all. This is easier to learn actually, just people are too stupid to realise/unwilling to change.
I understand WHY Scavier uses kilo Newtons, because it is a constant force, but it would be easier if, for example, spring rates would be shown in kilos and centimeters.
