Yup. Decided to read a bit about it on the net, and found out, that you should not use the highest aperture size, 128 at max, and atleast 32, so i went along with 64. Its because new graphiccards today have so much memory, that it dont need more, it can actually just make it slower.

I've seen as high as 125 fps sometimes now, this is great

Thanks to everybody for their tips and tricks, really helped alot.
just checked my bios and it was set to 128 mb.
changed it to 64 and made a benchmark with a game i did a benchmark earlier today (enemy territory for those who care ) and so far i got 7 FPS more.
not much, but i take it!
