Rally = high powered (2 l turbocharged) 4WD cars racing (over rough terrain) from point A to point B (rally stages), scoring a time... Best at the end of the rally (3rd or 4th day) is the one who has the least time overall...
Rallycross = high powered cars racing over a couple of laps where the first few cars ascend to next level of the knockout races... Best is the one who finishes first in the finale...

Yes, i think we all know the difference, just we are all used to saying "rally" in short of "rallycross" when referring to LFS, since there is no true rally in LFS.
Westhill needs another config, and it needs to be a rallyx config. There's loads of infield out the fat end of the circuit and it's nice and hilly. 
But it's wrong and incorrect.
What we really need is a rallycross car (RBX) and the level line starts.
